13. USER CONTENT

Users retain ownership of content uploaded to the platform.

However, users grant OneBizGrowth a limited license to:

Process
Store
Display
Transmit

such content solely for providing Services.

Users are fully responsible for the legality of uploaded content.

14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

18. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Recovery of associated costs and fees
